Initial Camera Checks
  1. Open the Camera app to test if your video feed is working
  2. If screen is blank, ensure your laptop's physical camera switch or privacy shutter is open
  3. If the camera works in the Windows Camera app but not in other software, ensure the correct camera is selected in the video settings of your other applications

Still not working?
  1. Go to Device Manager
  2. Locate and expand the Cameras section
  3. Right click on Integrated Camera
  4. Select Uninstall Device
  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Ensure the box that says "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" is checked off.
  6. Click Uninstall to confirm
  7. Restart your system
  8. Test out the camera
