Remote Desktop Not Connecting

If you keep seeing the below error even after a reboot, try the following fixes:

1. Ensure your laptop has all pending updates installed. Check out this quick guide: Stuck? Try This First!
   
2. Try restarting Remote Desktop Service on your laptop
   
1. Search Services in Windows Search
   
2. Look for Remote Desktop Services
   
3. Right-click it and select Restart
