Missing Teams Meeting Add-in In Outlook

  1. Go to File
  2. Click on Options
  3. Then, Add-ins
  4. Click on Go... 
  5. Ensure the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office box is checked off
  6. Click OK
  7. Relaunch Outlook desktop application
Stable Installation/Reinstallation of Teams add-in
  1. Close Outlook completely
  2. Quit Teams completely (including from the system tray)
  3. If troubleshooting, uninstall the Teams Meeting Add-in from Installed Apps
  4. Start Teams first
  5. Wait until Teams finishes loading and sign-in completes
  6. Verify that "Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office" reappears in Installed Apps
  7. Then start Outlook

Check in 'Disabled Items'
In Outlook:
File → Options → Add-ins

At the bottom:
Manage → Disabled Items → Go

If Teams appears there, enable it. Outlook can automatically disable add-ins it believes slow startup.



Use Repair Option for MSFT 365
  1. Go to control panel
  2. Programs
  3. Programs & features
  4. Search for Microsoft 365 and Right click
  5. Select change
  6. Either use quick repair or online repair
  7. Wait for it to finish
  8. Open Microsoft Outlook again
