Clear Microsoft Teams Cache

  1. Close Microsoft Teams window completely
  2. Open Task Manager > Processes > Apps > Right click on Microsoft Teams > End Task
  3. Press the Windows key + R to open Run dialog box
  4. Then, type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  5. Hit Enter
  6. New Teams Cache Location - %localappdata%\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
  7. Press Ctrl+A and delete all the files and folders in the folder that appears
  8. Open Microsoft Teams and login if required
